Hello All,
I hope everyone's summer is going well. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who worked so hard to make the mid year conference that we hosted here at the lodge a success. I would like send a special thank you to the Women of the Moose for making this event happen. We couldn't have done it without you all.
Which brings me to another matter that needs to be addressed. For some unforeseen reasons, I am moving to the East Coast in the next week or so. Due to the move, I am stepping down from the governor's position here at the lodge. We are in need of several good gentlemen to step up and fill a few vacancies that we have on the board, including Governor and Junior Governor.
There will be a special election held in the next few weeks. Please make time to stop by the Lodge and vote.
We are finding that there is a lack of participation from the Members of the Moose. We have the same volunteers stepping up and doing the majority of our functions. I've mentioned it the past couple of months and we need to have more volunteers to keep the lodge going. So please do your part and volunteer. I thank you and the Moose thanks you. I believe the lodge is an awesome place and it could use your help.
It's been a pleasure of working on the board for the last 3 years , I wish nothing but the best for the Cheyenne Moose.
