Brooke Cartwright, daughter of Chad and Donna Cartwright is grateful for receiving the Moose Scholarship.
Brooke, a graduate of Cheyenne East High 2016 will attend the University of Wyoming studying in the pre-dentistry program.
Carol Cartwright, Brooke's Grandmother wrote "In May 2015 there was an article in the Moose monthly newsletter about scholarships available. Our first thought was I'm not even going to find out about this because Brooke, my granddaughter, would have no chance. After thinking about it for a few days, no way could she have a chance if we didn't try. So I found out who to email for information. After receiving the papers, I filled out my part, Brooke filled out her part and the school filled our their part.
On March 4th 2016 Brooke learned that she was a recipient of a $500 Moose Scholarship!
You never know unless you try!"
